i feel so terrible when i think abt my future like what can i do?? im good at nothing and i get hurt easily :-/ this is so sad

u know that feeling deep in your tummy where u just dont feel comfy and u feel sad and sort of want to cry but not about anything specific its like your entire body is just upset and unnerved all the way to the core almost like ur just longing for something but dont know what

tbh it feels like theres a giant crowd in my head and theyre all chanting “not good enough” on repeat for 29 hours straight

frankly I am TIRED and I have had ENOUGH and I want a BREAK

having bpd is basically just going into crisis mode at least 8 times per week and being perpetually exhausted from all the emotional energy you have to spend on not collapsing and dying

no offense but i’m literally starving for affection but when people give it to me i can’t accept it as valid because i’m worried i’ve manipulated their perception of me by only portraying myself a certain way and feeling like this portrayal of myself is an imposter and makes me disingenuous and not deserving of the affection they give me.
