First of all, prepare Bencha green tea and let it cool down. Measue all ingredients and pour into a syphon bottle. Close it and charge with CO2 cartridge. Pre chill traditional clay green tea cup or bowl. Add one chunk of ice and fill up the serving cup with prepared mixture. Garnish with lemon and honeycomb.
