I think so much of being earnest and open with what you love is what lets more people be comfortable with who they are.

I love fat men, I love appreciating bodies of all sizes, I have multiple wonderful boyfriends, I had body image issues growing up and now I'm becoming comfortable in my skin, and a lot of that goes into how I write Hank and how I see stories being a vehicle for exploring one's self or sharing those experiences with others.

While the man known as Wolverine could be described as "pleasantly plump" or "a stocky shortstack of pancakes with bacon", (which Hank and Kurt did call him often) Hank was a whole different Beast; over 500 pounds of fuzzy blue blubber were currently battling against the seams of bright red slacks. Hank's build, while still having the broad shoulders and long limbs he'd had his whole life, now carried a gargantuan gut that blended around his hips and spilled halfway down his thighs while standing. Kurt was poised like a cat on his belly, kneading into the Beast's blubbery chest which did manage to elicit a low rumble in pleasure. The handsome devil's tail flicked back and forth, grinning with gleaming yellow eyes as he turned to speak over his shoulder to Logan, "Well, he certainly makes a convincing Sinterklaas!
