Ugh, seriously, how many times am I gonna get to be this happy in just a few days? I can't believe @honeybadgerbythebrook drew my OCs too!

And they're even in the same scene as her OC, Bo! Whoa, getting to see someone else's OC and my own together like this… it's not exactly an everyday experience. Thank you so much!

Hehe, I was actually so hyped when she first showed me this in private.

At that time, it was just the slightly rough version you see in the second image, but even then, it was already so complete. The way the small props in the foreground and the details in the background made it feel so lived-in, and the anatomy was just incredible (I mean, look at those abs. The scars on them look painful, but they're honestly the best, fufu). Plus, the way the tiny borrower is in the front with the giant human in the back… that composition really brings out the tension and makes you feel like you're right there.

On top of that, she was so incredibly polite about asking for permission to post it, and then she went and polished the quality even more before sharing it publicly… it's just… the best. Even though he's survived a shipwreck in the past, he still loves the sea and ships, so he'd definitely be happy if a wonderful painting of a ship like this was hanging on his wall.

This isn't really a proper "thank you" gift, but I got so much inspiration from your art that I ended up drawing this on my own. It's a short comic showing a little interaction between Bo and Simon, following the scene from your drawing.

This is the encounter with a real borrower that he, a total lover of tiny things, has literally dreamed of… but lol, I guess when he actually tries to tease her, the guilt and self-loathing just end up winning anyway. He's such a hopeless guy. Hehe.

Well, for Bo specifically, it's probably for the best that she didn't actually end up getting caught and messed with…?

Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a mission he doesn't remember volunteering for. Alone on a ship scaled far too large for a borrower, he has to try to figure out why he's so far from home, and what he's supposed to do. On top of that, he needs to figure out why this mission is so prepared to have a borrower on the crew--standing at only six inches tall, it's easy to think none of this was meant for him. And yet, everywhere he looks he finds evidence that whoever built this ship built it with both humans and borrowers in mind. An impossible task looms over him. A scientific mystery has somehow sent him hurtling through space, impossibly far from any other human or borrower, and it's on him to surpass an extinction-level threat that doesn't care how big someone is. It will end the world all the same if he doesn't do something about it. But, despite what he thinks, he's not alone.

Wow, I wasn't expecting the first one to blow up like that, haha. Thank you so much. Since the first one did so well, here's part two!

Human vs borrower. A human who cannot STAND the borrower living in their walls, and the borrower feels the same about the human. The two are always beefing with each other, the borrower doing things like hiding the human's car keys before an important meeting or placing legos on the floor for the human to step on. The human also finds ways to get back at the borrower, doing stuff like placing food or other materials that the borrower needs in high or hard to reach places or putting out traps (not harmful traps that will kill them or anything, but ones that would just inconvenience them). Basically just Tom & Jerry with borrowers.

A human who hates and/or is afraid of giants and their friend who is secretly a sizeshifter. The two have been friends for a while, have grown close to each other, and are always there for each other. Then one day, something happens. The human is in danger and the sizeshifter has to grow to help them. The surprise on the human's face when they find out their friend is a giant. Oh, how betrayed they must feel. Maybe they run away from their friend, angry at being lied to. Maybe they don't, instead having a change of heart and trusting them. I've seen like one story that toyed with this idea which involved a monster hunter and a sizeshifter but I cannot remember what it was called.

Mini-giant and a giant. Both of the giants thinking that they are the only ones left of their kind until they meet each other. The mini-giant, so used to being the big one, is now small compared to the giant. Meanwhile the giant is amazed to find another giant like them, only shorter. Maybe they become friends, bonding about being the only giants in a world too small for them.

Borrowers living in unconventional places. Most borrower stories take place inside a house. Which, I get it, but I think it'd be very interesting to see a borrower living in a strange place. For example, a borrower living in a science lab, in a prison, in a restaurant, or in a movie theater. It would be difficult for a borrower to live in any of these places without getting caught which is what's so interesting to me about this trope.

Tinies tying down a giant like in Gulliver's Travels. Maybe the giant has been tied down by a monster hunter or by a group of tinies that found them washed up on the shore of a beach. Maybe the giant pleads with the tinies, assuring them they mean no harm. Maybe they are angry, shouting threats at them. Maybe they act confident, teasing the tinies, though the ropes are way too tight for them to break free. How do the tinies react? Are they wary of the giant? Are they angry? Do they eventually let them go?

I went with Wanda being the "sea witch" in this AU I guess, so that changes the terms and stakes of him turning human in this, but I'm ok with that. I think she would be genuinely wanting to help him, but just had some limitations. I guess he would be taking it as a potion draught instead of it happening immediately and she'd have to tell him "NOT NOW!! You won't be able to breathe underwater anymore!... Get closer to shore first!" and he's like "Oh. Right." He's quite smart, but he can also be dumb af esp when he's just got Bobby on the mind.

I guess in this the conflict would mostly be about trying to get away from their shitty dad and that is also part of why Pietro feels like he needs to get out of there. I drew this before I had more stuff figured out, but that's the general idea. 3 days is not ideal when he knows what he'll have to face coming back to the ocean, but he's also just hoping she can figure out something more long lasting in the meantime. It's gonna be a bit messy when Daddy Magneto/Triton ends up finding out about their treacherous behavior... In this I think the twins will finally fight back and overthrow him and Wanda can get to be in charge of the ocean after lol As a treat.

Cozying up in the warm darkness as your giant goes about their day, maybe feeling the vibrations of their voice as they make small talk.

Having their hands mindlessly make their way into their pockets, simply by habit, and finding you.

Feeling their hands slide under you as they hold you there in their pocket. The warmth is almost suffocating, but it's a reminder of where you are, who you're with.

Their fingers gently fidgeting with you, maybe stroking down your hair, rolling you between their thumb and finger, maybe being a little rougher and twirling you around a bit, yet still being careful.

Something that quite immediately gave me incredible "Chief finding a tiny" brainworms that I think you might like

I am NOT much of an animator and this is technically the 3rd one I've attempted involving X-Men recently, but before that I honestly hadn't seriously tried to animate in over 10 years or something! Either way, this fixation has gotten me to try a lot of things I haven't normally tried and it's kind of nice~

I feel like I'll just keep nitpicking this and never end up posting, so I'll just post what I had and leave it at that. I got the main parts down and I guess that's what matters. I was worried the laugh wouldn't come across very well, but I might have gotten that at least and I'm happy about that!
