the smooth beige of a handwritten letter:      every piece of writing you put out is a love letter to both your characters and your readers.   each word is carefully planned and placed to have the most impact possible.   after finishing reading a piece of yours,   your readers often will have a warm feeling in their chest and a lightheartedness that stays with them for the rest of the day.

IF BIANCA’S HONEST , she could really care less about petty thievery . sympathy for the family owned store he just robbed is really  what brought her down here .  ❛ i’m not sure i even want to dignify that  with a response ,  ❜  she snorts with a unimpressed look , next words are accompanied by gesture to the sack he had ,  ❛ besides . full offense , but none of those trinkets would do your face any favors . you don’t strike me as a preppy rich school girl . ❜

      AN  EFFORTLESS  LAUGH  leaves  lips,  amusement  covering  her  features. “ wow,  i  love  that.  so  …  direct. ”  sometimes  she  is  torn  between  playing  up  the  CAT  aspect  of  her  nighttime  routines,  it  keeps  things  fun,  mysterious.  she  claps  her  hands  together  and  inhales,  “ i’m  afraid  you’re  not  a  high  enough  clearance  to  unlock  that  answer. ”

        she exhales through the nose in place of a laugh   ,   slight grin playing at her pink lips. he’s perfect   ,   the kind of human she likes to sink her nails into. uninhibited on his own   ,   needing only the right push.

                        ❛    marriage?    𝐠𝐞𝐞𝐳 …    guess  i’d  say  it’s  an    𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐜    institution  used  to  unjustly  determine  the  worth  an’  validity  of  a  person  based    𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐥𝐲    on  if  they  can  find  someone  else  t’share  the  rest  of  their  life  with.  who  even    𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬    that?    ❜          they  pause ,  giving  a  small  shrug.  it  was  something  she    𝗆𝗂𝗀𝗁𝗍’𝗏𝖾    wanted  a  long  time  ago  with  mister  j ,  but  that  was  when  she  was  naïve  to  the  mind  games.  they  truly  thought  one  day  he’d  build  a  life  with  her ,    𝗐𝗁𝗂𝗍𝖾  𝗉𝗂𝖼𝗄𝖾𝗍  𝖿𝖾𝗇𝖼𝖾    and  all.  she  realizes  now  that’s  not  something  people  like  her  can  have.          ❛    dunno  if  i  could  ever  be    𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐝  𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧    t’  someone  foreva.  they’d  have  to  be    𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐲  𝐛𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐬𝐬.    ❜

the unrelated moment:     you tend to be more preoccupied with practical things,   to the point where you've been blinded to matters of the heart.   sure,   you’re close with this person.   you like to be close with people.   it is rewarding to know and be known in return.   you leave realisation no choice but to sneak up on you.   they’re not even in the room when it happens.   someone or something else spells it out for you,   an observant friend’s passing comment or a particular sentence you were reading in a book,   and suddenly it hits you,   what it all means.   the person your feelings have been building themselves around.   oh.   it’s them.   it's time.   it’s them and you,   here and now,   and you have to decide what to do at this crossroads.   luckily,   you’re practically - minded.
