Out of all things, I had to be obsessed with THESE

It makes sense that the arm would correspond to Sua and the eyes to Mizi. At the end of R1, Sua loses we see the stage facilitators lining up her arm to be cut off. Mizi’s face is almost entirely mutilated and in ‘Candy Scar,’ her eyes are literally presented as merchandise, the “Perfect gift.”

However, there are still three (technically, four) other characters in this story and only two body parts left.

Additionally, this AU is revealed in the teaser to have, three ‘rounds’:

Paralleling ALNST, ZOMST will be told over subsequent rounds of performances. At minimum, there will be three: the first consisting of Mizi and Sua, the second featuring Till and Ivan, and a finale featuring Luka.

In the Patreon comic and after R1 ends, it is illustrated that losing doesn’t equate to death, the loser does suffer a consequence (the loss of a body part). This the only rule. Mizi’s loss was not caused by and is not necessarily associated with this round. Round 2 is likely a similar format to Round 1, with Ivan competing against Till and one winner, but that does not necessarily mean it will unfold the same. R2 might only result in a body part from Ivan OR Till.

Luka’s round makes this all the more unclear, as he has no one to compete against; does this mean he is exempt from a loser’s fate? Or imply his fate is something worse? Unclear… though Hyuna will likely be featured with Luka due to her strong connection towards him as well as her involvement with destroying the underground, a suitable ‘finale.’

We don’t know what how things will be used narratively, but if we assume one round also means one sacrifice, this indicates one of the organs is likely Ivan or Till and the other is Luka’s. What’s more, white and bows, while primarily associated with Sua, hold ties to Luka. In R5 of ALNST, Luka’s “Little Prince” inspired outfit, as he is meant to mirror Sua, evokes this clearly.

Otherwise, if, due to Luka’s stage being only meant for him, there is no loser, then this would mean there is no loss.

Mizi and Sua are the eyes and arm, like you said.

Ivan is the intestine mostly because of the final two shots in Candy Scar that imply he's sitting next to the rat(?) that has its gut out. Also, parasites in the human body commonly reside in intestines, but that's a personal speculation.

That leaves Till to the heart but I don't have as many arguments for that one. I guess it could relate to the 'Traces' comic and how he's the only one to truly understand what love means.

But I'm leaving the heart for Till because then the bunny itself would be Luka. There are many parallels throughout ALNST comparing him to a rabbit, and he's the largest part of the logo, signifying the Grand Finale.

As for Luka's round, it's making me physically sick because it could be one of two extremes no matter what theory you go with.

On one hand, it could be that he doesn't have to sacrifice anything. Him being this large in the logo could me he's not only the Grand Finale, but also the ringmaster. IN which case, he might appear eerily human-like, with very little infection.

On the other hand, it could mean he has to sacrifice a body part regardless, and so he'll be a completely rotten corpse head to two which would be even MORE terrifying.

Also, Hyuna specifically said in the teaser that 'the grand finale is ours', so if she takes action against the show, it will be during Luka's round and her motivation to come there might be related to him.
