yesterday I was “skinny shamed” after more than a year and a half.

fish: fish is such a great safe food because not only is in low in calories, it also has large amounts of protein which fills you up more. Fish is also great for viceral fat loss, because of the specific amount of polyunsaturated fat.
rice noodles: what can I say, it’s yummy, it’s filling and depending on the noodle a serving can have from 20-40 calories only
protein yogurt: it’s so good to build muscle, fill you up and just a great snack in general. You can even add some berries to spice it up if you want
kiwi: not sure if kiwi gets as much recognition as it deserves but on kiwi has less than 60 calories and it’s a great yummy snack to stop cravings
cherry tomatoes: such an awesome snack especially for my babes that like salty food better than sweet food, low in calories, rich in nutrients. overall perfect safe food
broccoli: ok, hear me out, broccoli has fake for being disgusting but it’s so delicious, I personally like my broccoli steamed with a little bit of olive oil and salt (if these scare you sririacha is a great substitute), but you can also roast broccoli and have so much fun with spices and texture it’s so good (I think you can tell broccoli is one of my fav food lmao

tips to loose weight faster
instead of fasting in the morning and eating at night, the opposite will boost your metabolism and make you have less cravings
if the cravings are starting to get to you, brush your teeth and if possible use listerine
building muscle is better to loose weight than cardio
don’t have less than 800 calories a day, not only will that put your body in starvation mode and it will burn the least energy possible but it will also slow down your metabolism
if you want to do cardio, HIIT is the best way to do it. I suggest doing from 10-20 min of running for 30 sec (8.5 mph) then resting for 20-30 sec

ok so, I’ve been like this for all year now and only dropped like 2 kg, for the last few weeks I was eating from ab 500-1000 calories a day and burning about 300 from excercise.
I had to sort of temporarily “recover” bc id rather gain a pound than have to fully recover. Anyways, I really want to start restricting again, specially bc I want to loose weight until I get back to school.
Tomorrow I’m gonna start by running and working out, also restricting.
I’m traveling so I’m not sure if I have a scale here, if not imma use this as an “opportunity” to see a large difference, like a before and after
I’m gonna start restricting to ab 1000 calories max a day (I know that’s too much but I’m pretty sure I stopped getting my period and that’s scary)
