Those are things that have at least helped me!

1. Drink a lot of water, specifically before eating. I usually drink cup of water at least 15 minutes before eating and then between every bite a sip. It helps you to feel fuller without having to finish all food.

2. Black coffee! Caffeine makes you feel full since it's hunger suspender and plain black coffee has no cal0rie$!

3. If you own hula hoop you can do it while watching your show/movie or listing to podcast. Intense hula-hooping burns around 1.50-2.10 $ in 30 minutes. You can add some kind of arms exercise to get the most out of it.

4. If you get hun&ry, watch some disgusting foods to make you nauseous and lose appetite. If that doesn't work on you, go and clean for example your bathroom- you have to use chemicals and those usually have strong smell. It will make you nauseous so you won't feel like €ating + you burn some k€a|.

5. Whenever you do eat, make sure that your meals are high protein and fiber. You will stay full for much longer.

6. Do something to distract yourself, like painting, gaming, reading, working out, cleaning etc.

7. Go on a walk without bringing any money, you will get your steps in and won't be able to get any f0od. If you can pay with your phone turn off this option so it won't be that tempting.

8. Sleep. Literally just go to sleep if nothing works, drink some water or green tea and go to sleep.

9. Probably the most toxic and weird one but €at in front of the mirror with tight clothes on or something r3v€ling. Disgust your brain with yourself.
