Thank you✨. Since my brain is broken?? I usually fast for a few days after a binge. I don’t recommend doing that. And for limits I just do whatever I feel like I should. If I feel confident in myself I’ll do a lower one. My absolute limit is 800.

I don’t really have many low-cal recipes myself but I will link you to some. :)Keep in mind fruits and veggies are mainly super low-cal and filling.There is a lot you can do with 1 tbsp of all purpose flour (25 cals), water, and low/0 cal flavorings. Things like mug cakes are pretty easy to make with those ingredients. I make little cinnamon pancakes with the items I just listed.Egg whites are only about 17 calories each—so 2 egg whites cooked with a slice of cheese is always tasty and filling. I want a mug cake so bad it’s only 40 calories but I’ve already had like 70 calories today and I’m actually afraid to eat over 100 calories
If you eat 200 you won’t gain. You won’t even maintain. You will definitely lose. Just eat the mug cake if you want it. You deserve to be able to eat.
