爆弾魔一味が描かれているという単純な理由で購入したのですが、G.I.の地形の中にキャラが描かれたデザインも良いです。

ゲンスルーが描かれていればなんでも購入しますが、サブとバラがちゃんと描かれているのが最大の決め手です。

なにかと省かれる傾向のあるサブとバラ。ちゃんと三人揃って描かれているのはわかっているなと思いました。

I originally bought this shirt for the simple reason that the Bomber trio was on it, but the design featuring the characters woven into the landscape of Greed Island is also fantastic.

I’ll buy pretty much anything as long as Genthru is on it, but seeing Sabu and Bara properly included alongside him was the ultimate deciding factor for me.

最大の目玉。

私が一番欲しかったシャツです。

このシャツの何が良いかと言いますと、命の音（カウントダウン）が左胸にあることなんですよ。

確実に仕留める気満々ですよね。

いやまぁ、体のどこに取り付けても確実に仕留められる能力なのですが、それが左胸にあるというのが一層恐怖を煽る部位なので素晴らしいの一言に尽きます。文句なしです。

ユニクロあたりからこういうシャツが出たらいいなとずっと思っていましたが、まさかグラニフから発売されるとは思わなかったです。

What makes this shirt so brilliant is that the "Countdown" is perfectly placed on the left chest—right over the heart.

It really shows a clear intent to finish the job for good.

I mean, to be fair, having it attached anywhere on your body means certain death, but placing it on the left chest dials up the psychological terror. It’s just masterfully done.

Another great point is that Sabu and Bara are properly included. No complaints there at all.

機動戦士ガンダムデザインペプシ缶

大河原邦男氏が描いたモビルスーツのペプシ缶は未開封のまま保存しています。

2012年頃に発売されたもので、当時は一部店舗での数量限定販売だったためひたすら探し回りました。

残念なことにアッガイとゲルググだけは見つからなかったです。

ちなみに、連邦側は木馬しか持っていません。

I’ve been preserving the Pepsi cans featuring Mobile Suit illustrations by Kunio Okawara, keeping them completely unopened.

They were released around 2012 and were only available in limited quantities at select stores back then. I searched high and low for places that might stock them, but unfortunately, I never managed to find Acguy or Gelgoog.

This collaboration features a high percentage of Zeon units. Just having the Amphibious Mobile Suits and Char’s Custom MS included makes me incredibly satisfied.

東京都稲城市は大河原邦男氏の出身の地。

南武線、稲城長沼駅前の広場にはシャア専用ザク、RX-78-2のモニュメントがあります。

ペアテラスのなかにはハロとガンダムマンホール、サイン色紙が展示されています。

ガンダム好きにとってはちょっとした名所です。

Inagi City, Tokyo, is the birthplace of the legendary mechanical designer Kunio Okawara.

In the plaza in front of Inagi-Naganuma Station on the JR Nambu Line, there are impressive monuments of Char’s Custom Zaku and the RX-78-2 Gundam.

機動戦士ガンダム マクドナルドコラボ

シャア専用ザク（タルタル油淋鶏風）だけ別で注文しました。

幸い、箱の裏が汚れていないので絵柄だけ切り取ってラミネート加工で保管します。油の匂いがややついていますが。

次は水泳部やアッグシリーズでコラボをお願いしますと言いたいですが、流石にそれはニッチ過ぎるか…。

I placed a separate order just for the "Char’s Custom Zaku (Tartar Yurinchi style)."

Luckily, the back of the box wasn't stained, so I'm going to cut out the illustration and laminate it for my collection. It still smells a bit like oil, though.

私は断然ジオンのモビルスーツ、モビルアーマー派ですが、ファーストガンダムのコラボであればたとえ連邦側であっても黙ってはいられません。

マクドナルドのチキンタツタとガンダムのコラボを注文しました。

このコラボメニューが見たかったんです。

セットについてきたカップは持ち帰りました。本当は包み紙も持ち帰りたかったんですけどね。

I’m definitely a fan of Zeon’s Mobile Suits and Mobile Armors, but when it comes to an original Gundam collaboration, I can’t just stay quiet—even if it features the Federation.

I ordered the McDonald’s Chicken Tatsuta and Gundam collaboration.

I just really wanted to see this collaboration for myself.

実はここに来るまでグラッテは店名だと勘違いしていました。

スタバやタリーズのようなお店の屋号だと思っていたのですが、ドリンクの上にキャラクターがプリントされているグラフィックラテ、略してグラッテなのですね。

雰囲気的に女性客ばかりだと気まずかったのですが、意外と男性客も見かけたので安心しました。

デザインは2018年のG.I.カフェの時と同じですね。食べられるゲンスルーとはまた斬新。

G.I. Arc×Gratte

Actually, until I got here, I mistakenly thought "Gratte" was the name of the shop.

I assumed it was a brand name like "Starbucks" or "Tullys," but it’s actually short for "Graphic Latte"—drinks with characters printed right on top.

I checked the official site beforehand and was worried it might be awkward if the place was filled with only female customers, but I was relieved to see quite a few men there as well.

切手のデザイン自体はとても気に入っているのですが、21年前のものということもあり額面に時代の流れを感じます。

今は定形郵便が110円なので、当時から30円も値上がりしているのですね。

欲を言えば、νガンダム、サザビー、シャア専用機全種、ジオングなども入れて欲しかったです。

Mobile Suit Gundam Stamp Sheet

Released in 2005

I really love the design of these stamps, but since they are 21 years old, the face value definitely shows their age. Standard postage is 110 yen now, which is a 30-yen increase from back then.

If I could have had it my way, I wish this sheet had included stamps for the νGundam and Sazabi, as well as Char’s Custom Zaku, Gelgoog, Z'Gok, and Zeong.

これが発売された当時は、迷うことなく即購入を決断しました。

ただひとつ心残りなのは、柿崎速雄のバルキリーがなかったことです。

正確には、柿崎機自体は存在しているのですが、私が言いたいのはあくまでトミカでの話です。

柿崎の最期を思うと、こうした商品展開で一人だけ取り残されてしまうのは、ある意味で柿崎らしい不遇であるとも言えます。

ですが、やはりバーミリオン小隊が揃っていないのは納得がいきません。

今からでも遅くないので、柿崎機を追加で発売してくれると嬉しいです。

発売が発表された日は、パインサラダとステーキを夕食にします。

The Super Dimension Fortress Macross

When these were first released, I decided to buy them instantly without hesitation.

My only regret, however, is that Hayao Kakizaki’s Valkyrie was not included.

To be precise, while Kakizaki’s unit does exist in other forms, my point is strictly about the Tomica line.

Considering how his story ended, being the only one left out of this lineup feels like a fittingly unfortunate "Kakizaki" situation in a way.

That said, I still can't accept the fact that the Vermilion Squad is incomplete.

It’s not too late—I would be so happy if they released Kakizaki's unit as an addition.

On the day that announcement finally comes, I’ll be having pineapple salad and steak for dinner.

ゲンスルー、サブ、バラ

受注生産品で、完全に爆弾魔一味を目当てに購入したのですが、それ以来開封する気が起こらず封をしたままにしています。

原作絵で、なおかつ3人が揃っているグッズは希少なので、なんとなく開けるのがもったいなく感じてしまうんです。

やはりサブとバラがいてこそ爆弾魔（ボマー）かと。

アニメ版の絵柄のグッズやホビーも出れば必ず購入すると決めていますが、やはり原作版が一番好きです。

原作、旧、新、それぞれ違った良さがあると思います。旧のゲンスルー、ヤクザみたいで結構しっくりきましけどね。

原作版、もっと積極的に販売してください。

This was a made-to-order item, and though I bought it specifically for the Bomber trio, I haven't felt like opening it since it arrived. I've kept it sealed and tucked away.

Since merchandise featuring the original manga art—especially with all three of them together—is so rare, I just can't bring myself to unseal it.

After all, it’s just not the same without Sub and Bara by Genthru's side.

While I’ve made it a rule to buy every piece of merchandise or figure featuring the anime art, the original manga style remains my absolute favorite.

懐かしいです

当時ホビーショップや書店の入り口横にガチャが置いてあり、価格も100〜200円と安価でした。

現在ならこの手のガチャは3〜400円はしますよね。価格が上がった分クオリティも向上したとは思いますが、それにしたって今のガチャは高いです。

南が目当てで回したのですが湘北が目立つラインナップの中で「なぜ南？」と思いつつ、南を入れるなら岸本もセットで入れて欲しかったですね。

This brings back so many memories. Back then, you could find Gacha machines right outside hobby shops or bookstores, and they only cost about 100 to 200 yen.

Nowadays, this kind of Gacha usually goes for 300 to 400 yen. While the quality has definitely improved along with the price hike, Gacha these days is still quite expensive.

もともとは1つの冊子に6種類のカードが収められていたのですが、私はゲンスルーだけで良かったので、当時このカードのみを譲ってもらいました。
