i’m honestly so tired of being a sneery cold harridan and wish i could be loving and gentle and emotionally open like so many of my lovely friends but it’s a shell i keep crawling back into again and again. i am inordinately scared of being perceived as ‘weak’. i take no prisoners but i also don’t let myself feel anything other than anger or bland resignation. 

all i want to do is write and direct a film about a cult of immigrant vampire women in 1890′s london who target the white upper classes as revenge for imperialism, and then retire to a remote village somewhere and spend the rest of my life listening to ghazals and raising peacocks.
