tips to calm down from a panic/anxiety attack
calming music
even your breathing (4 seconds in and 4 seconds out it my personal fav)
name things you can see, hear, smell etc
wrap yourself in a comfort item(like a blanket or sweatshirt) or cuddle with a favorite stuffed animal
splash really cold water on your face or put water and ice in a bowl and dip your face in that
do something to distract yourself(read, watch a movie etc)
