TRIGGERS AHEAD: abuse mention, suicide mention, mental illness mention
her name is natsuki and she’s about 19 in canon events! her quirk is called acid tears, and it’s pretty straight forward, she cries acid. she’s giran’s niece on her mother’s side. her home life is pretty rocky and bad when she’s very young, and climaxes with her father killing her mother and then himself. she hides during this and is found by police, who find her uncle and hand her over to him.
he LOVES being her guardian though, and is very caring and doting. she, in turn, loves him back and shows an intelligence and organization growing up that would suit well to being a broker. she starts working with him when she’s 16 by attending meetings with him, and goes on her own at 18. she works directly mostly with the yakuza, and specifically chisaki, who she has known since they were both around 14-17 years old.
she also experiences symptoms of dissociation when she gets triggered, where basically she’ll “zone out” sometimes for hours due to her brain blocking out anything that could remind her of her traumas. but other than that, she’s relatively friendly and outgoing, which is good in her line of work.
