character I made for an RP I didn't end up doing! he's actually an attempt at designing a character based off a dnd campaign my brother ran when I was a teenager.

anyway ~Fantasy Politics Time~??

Despite all his best intentions, Elliot is just one person who got the power to change the legislature of an entire bustling city that is much older than he is and the shift from idealism to activism to realism has made it so he has to delegate large swaths of tasks to people he trusts very quickly. As a result, against his will and his morals, he's formed a political structure based on Happening to Know Him rather than anything either elected or earned.

more dnd doodles. My character is a changeling bard named Clock and our amazing dm let me decide changeling lore so their default state is Wet Goo. Kitty is their kobold-sona.

in all honesty though I'm holding the mic up to him while he begrudgingly admits to being a gamer nerd as a kid. not drawing an answer bc this is so niche but uhhh. I think it'd be fun for him to be kind of counter-spell-y? or like uhh. death-ball-y :|c???

I kinda view him as low def, high regen and then strategic attacks, in general. He doesn't hold onto a win, like Regent with his sword, he just counters or tanks minor hits until he can do some sort of x10 attack for his ten million spaghetti bites.

it'd be fun if his different builds were based on his various AUs :3c??

Riven (KG version): maybe takes dmg but can regen damage taken during that fight, so he gives a "flawless" look at the end Roil: focused more on big hits and truly terrible defense. ?stim-pack style drug use? Rent: status ailments and weakness/stunning for a more combo-assembling deck. maybe most of his card removal is in this line
