A confused looking Bob Dylan surrounded by people. This is not what a happy, healthy Bob Dylan looks like. He may insist he's fine, but like cats, he hides a lot of what's going on. Remember, although Bob Dylan can be somewhat standoffish, you do have to keep a good eye on him so he doesn't get into things he doesn't need. He might eat something bad for him. And try not to over-work him with so many social activities. 

The thing around his shoulders is a whip, a present given to him by a friend of notable caretaker Joan Baez. It made him very happy to play with because of the sound it made and the way it looked to him. Bob Dylan is a very sensory creature.

Take your Bob Dylan to a local cafe to get him out and about. He doesn't always like being around other people, but small groups of people to interact with will make him feel sociable and interested. As you can see, he gets along fine with animals too. 

Some people believe that Bob Dylan can actually use his tongue to sense vibrations in the air to feel where music comes from. It's a very interesting theory.
