Adam took immense pride on keeping himself healthy while he was young. Both sides of his family had heart issues, poor dieting habits, and heâs seen the effects of that and, needless to say, it scared the shit out of him. He didnât have a whole lot to worry about, since he kept to his five fruits and vegetables a day, eating in moderation, and one unhealthy snack a day. Plus, an hour and forty minutes a day at the gym made him a happy camper. Forty-five minutes of cardio, and the rest of the time doing stretches and weight training - which is exactly where he just came from. Under normal circumstances, heâd just trudge back to his dorm and shower over there, but he was planning on getting some lunch after this, so a change of clothes and all his belongings were stuffed into a locker with a combination he kept forgetting. Halfway changing to basketball shorts and socks, he felt around in his bag and huffed to himself.  âShit.â Not only did he forget to pack a shirt like a dolt, he left his earbuds out on the gym floor. He straightened his hair out a little bit in the mirror, before gathering his stuff and making quick detective work so he could move out as fast as possible to chuck everything in his car. His shoulder hit someone elseâs, almost sliding his bag down his arm from the impact.  âWhoa, sorry!â
if he wanted his spot in the lacrosse team, blue had to make sure he stayed fit for it, like everyone else. though lately with everything that was going on, it was a little hard to stay motivated. and even harder to want to stay in shape. but he did his best. most of the time, anyway. he was headed to the locker room, done for the day, when he bumps into someone. or more like someone bumps into him, hitting his shoulder. â watch out man, if you break it you pay it. â he said, jokingly. â you okay? â
