Started reading stone butch blues today and was legit fighting tears in class, I see myself so much in Jess, being a nonbinary lesbian and struggling to fit in with people outside the queer scene and even not fitting in the queer scene sometimes, this book is such an important book to read and is so well written while stomping on your heart while talking about the horrors many queer people faced in the not so far ago past
