HOW I DO BLUPRINTS WITH EVERY NEW AGENT by Zachary Chaney:
MANAGE MY DOWNLINE REPORT: make sure everyone has had a proper Bluprint.
#1) START OFF WITH A 3 WAY WELCOME CALL!!
(Doesn't have to be up line)
#2) 50% of your time is spent on there WHY: Dig Deep, Build a friend, and take notes on what they say.
(It's hard for people to quit on you if your there friend)
#3) SUPERSTAR & SKINCARE GOALS
(Just explain Superstar and set Goals)
#4) LIST: physically extract a list and copy there list on your own notepad. grab there cell phone & scroll. Extract 10's first. (Facebook works too)
#5) GRADE THE LIST On a 1-10 scale (teach the new agent how)
10's you look up to them.
5's you see eye to eye with them.
1's they look up to you.
#6) BOOK THE WOW PARTY WITHIN 3 TO 5 DAYS. NO EXCUSES!
#7) APPROACH: Teach Agent how to approach 1's 5's ,10's and how to do a Wow Party Approach.
PHYSICALLY HELP THEM CONFIRM 10GUESTS TO THE WOW PARTY AND COACH ALSO ENCOURAGE THEM THROUGH THE CALLS
Approaching 10's key words to use:
I look up to you.
Your such a successful person.
I respect your opinion.
Do me a Favor.
I wan to show you my new business project to get your Opinion because you are already successful.
Approaching 5's:
Do me a favor, take a look at some information about a company I'm working with just in case you run across someone that you can refer to me.
Approaching 1's:
Got 15 minutes.
There's something important I want to show you.
And by the way you may or may not be interested.
WOW PARTY APPROACH:
Hey ________ I only got a second to talk!
What are you doing _______ @ _______ o clock?
-If they are busy tell them "ok never mind, remind me to show you another day, I gotta go, I'll talk to you later." HANG UP.
-If they are not busy then invite them out without explaining too much details.
(In other words don't spoil the Movie) ;)
#8) A very important thing is that if someone asks them a question that they don't understand they need to DUCK TAPE there mouth and do a 3way call.
(We are the leaders and we are there Armor, we take the Bullets for them)
#9) EDIFICATION: The sale is made in the Edification.
(Teach The New Agent that there are 4 types of people)
RED: MONEY
BLUE: FUN
GREEN: FACTS
YELLOW: HELP
(When you Edify the Expert before a 3 way call say this:)
IM NOT SURE IF I CAN GET AHOLD OF THIS INDIVIDUAL BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPER BUSY. BUT THIS PERSON IS SO FUN TO WORK WITH, HE MAKES ALOT OF MONEY, HE LOVES TO HELP PEOPLE, AND HE KNOWS ALL THE FACTS ABOUT THE BUSINESS.
#10) FILL OUT THE REST OF THE BLUPRINT INFO WITH THEM
How to Keep Your Preferred Customers
First and foremost there are agents with more preferred customers than me. But its not about how many you have. Its about how many you can keep. I have 8 Preferred Customers and this is how I have been able to keep them since I got them. I am NOT saying this is the only way, but this is how I personally have been able to keep all 8.
Week 1) Call them 5 days after you put them in the system to see if they received their product.
- If they got it, walk them through how to use it over the phone then at the end, thank them for supporting you
- If not, say ok please let me know when you receive your product
Week 2) Call and see how they like the product :) following up with them as if you are at a restaurant and the waiter is asking how is the food so far? Same idea. Just show you are there for them. Leave a voicemail if they don't pick up and show you care
Week 3) Give them a one week notice that their next replenishment is coming in and see if they want the same thing or try something different. Visit them and show them other products if they show interest.
Week 4) Plug in their next replen order and thank them for their unconditional support in jump starting your business
Week 5) Follow Week 1 instructions
Week 6) Follow Week 2 instructions
... and so on n so forth
** in between the weeks, VISIT THEM! Say hi. Drop off some fruit or a small gift to show you care. And they will stay forever. Don't make PC's easy come easy go. Make it easy come stay forever. THAT is world class customer service. We are Seacret. We are a breath of fresh air.
The next step after their first month, or even 2 weeks of enjoying the product, go ahead and ask them if they would be interested in getting these products for free. They say what?! I'm in! HOW?!
Host a wow party for them and help them enroll 4 customers under them and go FREE! Not only do you keep that customer for life, but you also get the residual income from the customers THEY found, AND those 4 new customers add to your team's active member count. It's a win win win for everyone! Also there is no cap as to how many preferred customers YOU can have or THEY can have!!! So share Seacret with everyone and let the products to all of the heavy lifting. The products are the superstar. They speak for themselves. Have them try it, and it is a done deal.

INVITING to PARTIES - This is how I do it and it's worked out pretty well so far!
How to invite:
- "Hey man are you free Saturday?" Wait for response... if they say no.. then I say "alright I'll hit you up later" and that's it. If they say yes or maybe I say something like...
1. For peers - "I recently came across something and I really want to show it to you to see what you think.. It's gonna be at 7p at my place. Can you come check it out?"
2. For people I respect - "I recently came across something and I really want your opinion on it. You know I respect you and I'd really appreciate if you looked at it to share your thoughts and opinions to help me out as a friend. Can you do me a favor and come check it out? It's gonna be at 7p at my place" if they push back saying theyre not interested just be like "Honestly man it doesn't matter to me if you like it or are interested.. I just really need a friend's opinion as a favor. Can you at least help me out?" If they finally say yes but ask what company it is go ahead and tell them Seacret. It doesn't matter if they approve or not anymore cause they're coming as a favor anyway.
3. For business minded people - "I recently came across an opportunity and I immediately thought of you. I really want you to see it. I honestly don't care if you like it or not you just remind me of the guy who introduced it to me (he's smart, super awesome, and loves helping people like you do) but he's half as sharp as you but making ridiculousss money. I'd be scared to see what you could do! I immediately thought that you at least had to see it. Are you down to check it out?? It's gonna be at 7p at my place"
4. For business minded people - "I recently came across a business opportunity and I want your opinion on it cause you're more experienced at that stuff than I am. It looks hella legit. It's gonna be at 7p at my place. Can you come check it out?"
If they respond back saying, "what is it?" I say something like...
1. Honestly you have to see it for yourself. I don't want to babble over text and give you the wrong impression or wrong info
2. If you're new say.. "Honestly dude I don't know any details cause it was just introduced to me so I'm the wrong guy to ask. You have to come see it for yourself"
3. I don't want to spoil it!! Come check it out!
4. It's a business opportunity that is really legit. You need to come check this out.
If they keep pushing like.. "you have to tell me what it is or I wont come out".. or "well... what is it???".. I say
1. It's a huge skin care company established in 40 countries and they just opened the market in our city right now. It's hella urgent cause it's first come first serve and the opportunity is spreading like wildfire. Honestly I don't care if you like it or not you just have to see what's happening here cause it's crazy.. I've never seen anything like this before. Dude you have to come out!!
Notice how I NEVER say "company" until pushed to the end. Cause when you say that they'll ask.. what company? And when you say Seacret they'll google us and you've lost them.
I never give any details except for what I gave above. I never say "buy, sell, join, cosmetics" etc. Saying less is more!
