You're right & that's unfortunate about IMDB. Coincidentally earlier, after watching ep8 and of course noticed who's missing & not in the opening credits, I checked the listing & it's as you said above. So disappointing IMDB!

With 3 more episodes to go, we're left with some of the scene images from the S3 trailer that will most likely be appearing then. Noting just a couple below.

We know Strickland is adept with the sword. Here he is, with a cut on his right side. We know who's coming for him...

Then we have what looks like Lai fighting Strickland in the same scene:

Question is: Do we think this will happen in 3.08, knowing that Lai is scoping out his house in the episode, or maybe 3.09?

Is she there by herself or is Ah Toy with her? Is Strickland's henchman Shaw there, or did they take care of him first? Would they have asked others to help them?

So, I like the idea of Ah Toy and Nellie having keepsakes that remind them of each other. Ah Toy could have a bottle of Nellie’s favorite perfume, made from wildflowers in the grasslands(shoutout to my friend for this headcanon). Nellie could have one of Ah Toy’s Chinese crafted hair pins. Bonus points if it’s sharp enough to stab someone 💕

So is anyone going to write them getting married or talking about what a wedding would look like for them & post on A03? No pressure or rush, y'all. There's plenty of time during the hiatus or the wait to find out if we get a S4. ;)

I want them back sooner than the last episode of the season, and yes I know I'm just wishful thinking…lol…but I'm totally here for one of them saying those words.

Question is: Who do you think would be the one saying it in that scenario?

Some potential scenarios for their reunion:

Lai getting hurt and going to Nellie’s house because it’s closer in the pond.

AH TOY getting hurt after fighting Dickland and going to Nellie’s house

Dickland almost killing Ah Toy and Nellie appearing to blow his brains out for revenge.

I too would like to riot if no season 4 & most of all if Ah Toy & Nellie stay apart. lol. :)

With the current strikes I do wonder if it may be a while before we find out about a S4???

It hurts to think that the writers actually CAN write Ah Toy moving forward without Nellie, but as a fan of the ship, I truly hope they keep them together. I love the romance between them. Nellie may not be much of a fighter physically (Ah Toy teach your wife some martial arts, honey) but her strength of character & care for Ah Toy & the girls do open up a way for Ah Toy to maybe find some kind of peace and love in the longer term. Also, if Max has posted things like "Ah Toy & Nellie are stronger together" on social media, I'm a hold them to that claim. Hahaha!

I think too that at this point in the series, we see that maybe Ah Toy's starting to realize that even the brothel, as a place she could use to help protect some of the girls, may be more vulnerable now with the developments from the pond.

From that, could it be possible that Ah Toy would take Nellie up about buying that land and other properties moving forward? Maybe use the (not always reliable nor fair) court system? Also, we know Nellie lost that first court battle with Strickland, but she clearly isn't someone who just gives up easily. Maybe while she's rebuilding, she could also be working on other things to try to hold Strickland accountable (that is if the revenge squad doesn't get to him first).

Ok, just saw ep 3.07 & still processing...but good to see some Ah Toy scenes.

Ep. 8 is written by Hoon Lee (who plays Chao) & from this interview (link below) he says this ep might be their most romantic yet.

I hope Ah Toy & Nellie are going to be a part of that. Can't wait to find out either way. I gotta keep myself really busy until then. lol.

IF I've read IMDB correctly, under the upcoming section it shows that Miranda may indeed be in the last 3 episodes (hopefully not as credit only). She was not listed in the credits in episode 6 (and most likely not in episode 7) but this screen shot looks like she may be back in 308/309/310.

I truly hope she's back in the last three episodes as this will give us a chance to maybe see them reconcile & get a glimpse of the kind of rebuilding Ah Toy may allow herself...with Nellie...moving forward.

Loved what Nellie said in 3.05 : "Rich & powerful men like Strickland will always find a way to put a thumb on the scale, but we can rebuild."
