The Fenton’s don’t really follow legality often but they do at times.
Registering their Ecto weapons is one of them and they fill out proper forms when they are done tweaking it.
They were never as strong as they should have been but it’s fine. More people would be willing to handle them that way!
Despite selling their Ecto guns and other melee weapons (there was always a fixed supply since it wasn’t often), they never really saw anyone use them.
It was only fellow hunter that’d buy them.
The security system was more expensive so not a lot of places commissioned for one. The school got one for free since that’s where their child go.
That all said, they weren’t sure why they were getting questioned on the amount of weapons they had. Obviously they would have more prototypes than what is available.
They were contracted by the government afterall.
Right. What is it their ‘business’ do, what their products are for?
Ghosts. Always has been. It shouldn’t affect anyone else.
Yet incident reports say a few out of town hunters that bought their guns have harmed a few humans.
But they never sell any of their failed projects just ones that only affect ectoplasm!
Maybe they were ghosts? No? They were definitely alive and bleeding red? Then it couldn’t have been their weapons! It targets the green blood of ghosts!
Just then their security system targets Danny and he actively has to dodge when just wanted a cup of water.
“I thought we fixed that.”
Ah. Yes their weapons do target him but they are working on it!
Do any of the weapons they sell affect their son? Just the harmless ones! What? They would never test any of their guns on him! How dare you!
“….um some hunters aren’t very good shots… so a stray blast would graze me.”
His arm has a bandage.
The only hunters in town are them and the GIW.
What? It was tested and a large group of humans have Ecto in their veins? The ecto acts should only affect ghosts! No matter how minuscule it affects humans too? No way!
No no no they have to produce and sustain on ectoplasm! There have been a few cases of using the acts as a way to persecute individuals and minorities?
How? That shouldn’t be possible! Ghosts are not people and not alive!
Ectoplasm affects the living and anyone shot with an Ecto gun will still have a side effect especially after a few times of it happening.
The Amity Park hospital can attest to that.

Ninja and Phantom team up a few times before going separate ways.
Randy always thought Phantom was kind of cute, but post memory wipe he didn’t know why but he was drawn to this guy that he would see around town.

He starts flirting with him, though his sister always looked like he was trying to steal her brother. He wasn’t! It’s harmless talking! Calling her brother cute was not flirting it was a statement of fact!
The blushing is really nice though. Howard can see where this is going a thousand miles away and is letting him deal with this alone unless he asks for help.
Asking the guy to go star gazing isn’t a date! Unless he said something did he say something? He couldn’t remember he was fixated on the cute little fangs that pop out when he smiled.
Danny is so happy to make a new friend! He was kind of bummed the previous friend just disappeared (he knew the ninja changed since the voice was different and didn’t know who he was). The new ninja wasn’t as fun so serious all the time.
This new friend is so nice! He’s open with his complements which he isn’t use to. Is that normal? Danny never knew what normal was.
He lets Danny just talk his ear off without complaint and even paid attention! The space themed gifts were so nice!
It was nice to be around him! He never felt like kissing someone he wanted to be friends with so much until now. Even when he was dating his exes the urge to kiss them wasn’t this strong!
Randy is so fun! Playing games and just enjoying being around each other…
Cuddling under the stars. Holding hands when they walk around town. Not questioning why he is beefing with the front loop mayor that shouldn’t have been mayor at this point.
Maybe the kissing thing is just something they do? Like as a thank you for being friend with me? I appreciate your company? Something like that? He doesn’t know.
It takes four months before Howard calls Randy out for his pining and two more months for Danny to think he’s starting to have a crush. On a boy.
Oh no! Randy won’t feel the same! Whatever will Danny do? Sam is half tempted to slam some sense into him, but Tucker stops her.
He needs to go his own pace. No matter how painful it was to watch. Everyone around them knew they liked each other. Just have to wait for them to also be on the same page.
Jazz is not helping. At all. She isn’t ready. She could tell his past relationships were not stable and would end because he wasn’t ready, but this one? Oh no. It looks VERY stable! If a bit slow

He is no longer a ninja but his skills are retained. He feels like something is missing in his life despite Howard trying to help him, but it wasn’t until he met Danny that things started falling into place for him.

Howard is worried and aggressive thinking it is for the best that Randy stops pining over the weird guy he met at the mall.
The guys doesn’t even notice! He’s some nobody with weird hobbies!

Randy wishes he was in a romcom right now. He would so be the flirty ml to the stoic love interest except Danny isn’t stoic just calm in a chill way.
He’s shot up in height recently so he had an edge over Randy’s bulk but he can totally still win him over! What is a centimeter anyway?
Danny is 100% unaware Randy is flirting with him. He isn’t use to guys finding him attractive, just the occasional compliment from girls.
He didn’t think he was anyone’s type. His previous relationships didn’t work after all, no matter how good of a boyfriend he tried to be.
He would sit next to Randy on the couch with no space between them, yapping a way and Randy with his arm around him just listening. Completely sure they are being platonic bros.
Up until Randy kisses him on the cheek calling them boys that are friends and now he’s worrying about if they are more than just boys that are friends. Instead boyfriends romantically.
He blurts out “wait are we dating???”
“….i don’t actually know.”
Now they are both confused. Randy might have been flirting but he didn’t think it was being reciprocated.

Someone throws a ball of paper at them from the stairs. Jazz, Sam, Tucker, and Howard were watching and glaring at them completely sick of this nonsense.
