Unlike other primarchs (Fulgrim), who would have no problem having sex with you, Konrad would actually be terrified of hurting you. He'd also be very angry at himself for 1. giving a fuck about hurting you and 2. having a very big desire to fuck you. I think he would try to force himself to hurt you just to prove himself that he doesn't care about you, that you mean nothing to him. Ultimately, he wouldn't be able to harm you.
He would probably find himself staring down at you, thinking about how easily it would be to rip you apart. And that's where it would stop because he wouldn't be able to bring himself to do anything.
If you touch him in that moment, he might flinch away, thinking himself as undeserving of your love and trust. Konrad would make it a point to tell you, in detail, everything he thought about doing.

Had this funny thought. I’m thinking the night lords would try to scare you. Of course they would, it’s what they thrive on. But they would find themselves unable to sneak up on you. His main bedroom chamber was quiet. It’s always quiet unless someone is dying close by. The bed is soft, with actual clean sheets. Konrad hasn’t used his own bedroom in years. Well, at least not before you showed up in his life and grew on him like mold.
You were staring at the pillow next to yours trying to make out the soft embroidery details that someone took so much care into making. You wonder if they’re still alive. Probably not.
When Konrad finally enters, it’s quiet. He doesn’t announce himself. You watch him approach until he’s right by the bed, staring down at you.
Your smile makes him visibly flinch. How dare you smile so brightly at him? Don’t you know, he’s a monster who lived in the dark, and now you dared to be his sun. He will never let you go.
The bed dips as he settles next to you. He still hasn’t said anything. What would he even say? How could words ever be enough to convey the pain you cause behind his ribs. It’s so addicting, like the deadliest drug there is. Perhaps love does that to you.
His clawed hand came up to caress your face, watching as you nuzzle his palm. Foolish thing you are.
His hand left your face and settled on your back, pulling you closer and closer until your face was almost squished to his chest. You did your best to embrace his giant form and placed kisses along his collarbone.
Claws threaded themselves carefully through your hair and then slowly, softly, and if you didn’t know any better you could’ve sworn your imagination was playing tricks on you. Konrad leaned in and placed the tiniest kiss on the top of your head.
To others that may not seem like much, but to a man like Konrad, it is the highest form of surrender.
