When I'm in public around shaking like I'm a sober alcoholic, I'm walking fast with my hood up looking straight at the ground too worried to make eye contact.

I used to be sad because I couldn't talk to people without having an internal breakdown but now idc. I'm fine with staying in my room distracting myself 24/7

im diagnosed with major depressive disorder and I have had a cutting problem for over a year, suicidal ideation, and multiple forced hospital visits by my parents because they thought I was gonna kill myself.

I have been trying different meds, I've been through five kinds but non have worked so far. I've tried three therapists but after a few sessions I started to dread going. I've never opened up to anybody in my life ever. I just say things when I have to talk but what I say is never what I think, it's like filler word slop.

I was bullied in grade seven - grade nine. I was alone everyday at lunch but I put myself in that position. I abused things like weed and alcohol but they didn't really help after a bit.

So rn I'm just really fucking lonely.
