The Awful Thing Jax Will Do That Gooseworx Warned Us About
I think the "really awful thing Jax does" relates to Caine in some way.
Think about it, the other circus members are relatively stable now.
Meanwhile Caine is losing his marbles.
I think the circus members are going to try to comfort Caine... not out of caring for him, but more so for survival and they probably thought Jax would be on the same page.
He was not. He tells Caine that everyone is lying and that they are just saying that so he doesn't hurt any of them and that no one cares about his adventures ect...
Jax effectively kills every single character including the AI's with a few lines. No one literally dies (yet?), of course, because it would be an unsatisfying end to the show with Jax killing everyone, but it would probably cause Jax to be isolated and later abstract. Even though Jax didn't literally kill people in the moment he COULD HAVE and everyone knew that. It is about the principle more than anything. I suspect this would spark discourse on whether Jax murdered or not. Even though Jax's actions weren't direct and he will probably be the first character in the show to die (if you don't count Gummigoo) he might not be the only casualty to his decision.
