Blessed in Bliss

This heart of mine has only two settings: nothing at all or too much. There is no in between.

Unfortunately, you cannot always rely on the word of others. You can have trust and faith, but ultimately, you have got to wait on people to prove their decency and sincerity through their actions. The promises of others are no more a certainty than a cloud is a guarantee of thunder.

It’s amazing. Some people, they just say these small little things, one sentence and it changed the way you feel about them in an instant. Small little words that can hurt you so much or make you fall deeply in love forever. It changes everything, nothing between you is ever really the same again, even if they don’t know it, it still happens.

They say a person needs just three things to be truly happy in this world: someone to love, something to do, and something to hope for.

You are fierce. You’re a survivor. You’re a fighter through and through. Little brave, breathe. There is a warrior within you.

She is something new, something hopeful. Like spring to my deep winter.
