Unfortunately like a few other people I got a fake product and the reason I realized it's fake is - * i have been buying this online since a pretty long time * it was sometimes great, sometimes not so good * last time i bought it at a shop and i was amazed by how dark, smudge proof it was, and it's all-day-stay * i ordered it online because, if i am getting it for a low price then why not * since i had already seen a few videos about fake products, i just felt i should check it with my original product And there it was, with quite a few noticeable differences. I have added the images as well for refernce - * the one shown on the site - https://snag.gy/zB2yMH.jpg * the original - https://snag.gy/SpGwJV.jpg * the fake - https://snag.gy/pvJKP8.jpg * the difference in length - https://snag.gy/GLT2JK.jpg Do have a look so you know what to look for. 1. in the original 'the' is written just above the 'colossal'; in the fake, it's beside it 2. in the original 'maybelline' is written in black; in the fake, it's written in white over a black background 3. the length of the fake is also slightly smaller than the original one
Amazon - please take note of what is being sold on your website and take proper action. Please make sure you do not fool or disappoint customers.
Maybelline - please take note of what is being sold in your name and take proper action. Because, with customers getting fake products which will obviously not have the same quality as the original, they will be convinced that Maybelline products aren't good.
@Amazon, I would request you to take action here and also replacements for the fake products that were delivered.
