There is no such thing as putting shit on someone in my head. Having knowledge of other peoples life doesn't make mine worse, it only makes me feel more individual. In a way that each person has their own issues and everyone view them differently so talking can sometimes make things easier other times people just listen but it's only because they know no better than you they have no solution. But your not alone, in any sense of the word, not only are you not the only one feeling down because life can be an arsehole but I hope you never feel you have no one to talk to cause my ears work fine even if your just chatting at me for ages. No one can tell you what is right to do for yourself that's the hardest bit but iv come to realise for myself that viewing other people lives nd what is different helps me realise. Could be things I don't or can't that I need, could also be won't and don't that I don't need
