β BIOGRAPHY
Ravinder was born the middle child to an average family, his father, a nuclear technician, made the family live comfortably in their lives. His mother, a materials engineer, fulfilled her own dreams as she helped raise her family with her husband. The family lived happily in the beginning, the parents were anything but spoiling their children when and where they could. Their first son, born six years before Ravinder, and their youngest son, born four years after Ravinder, made the beginning of Ravinder's position of birth not one usually coined easily as the forgotten middle child.
Even at a young age, Ravinder showed significant signs of great intelligence. He would be the child to ask his parents about their careers first. The one who developed complex hobbies and interests, first. Following his oldest brother around when his parents weren't around, he would be full of questions. To one day, a detriment, and a mistake made that would forever change the family. His mother had to work early that day, so she rushed out. Their father was left at home, but upon getting a call later in the afternoon, he left the youngest children to the care of their oldest son. At this time, Ravinder was four.
It would only be for a couple of hours, and their father promised a treat when he returned to the children, and something extra for the oldest son. All the kids had to do was stay inside and not answer the door for anyone. Their father made sure the windows and doors were locked. Leaving the rest of the children in the hands of a young ten-year-old was not, however, proven to be the brightest of moves. By the time their father had returned a couple of hours later, Ravinder was gone. The oldest son had asked where Ravi had gone. He answered that a man had taken Ravinder.
With these words, the entire Serafim family would be turned upside down for years, decades to follow. What they would not come to find out was that their oldest child had led Ravinder away from the home that day. The ten-year-old then left Ravi alone, under the pretense of a game. Before returning home to take care of his other siblings. In the years that followed, no one had yet figured out this detail, and thought Ravi had just gotten out after unlocking a door and going outside. The four-year-old had done so before, after all, to their knowledge. As years went by, the family refused to break up and spent much of their time trying to find their missing family member.
Ravinder wakes up in a strange house in a strange place he does no recognize. There, he is brainwashed into believing to be the child of his abductor. There, he would grow up, eventually convinced he was, in fact, his abductor's child. After this crucial step is met, the abductor lets Ravinder lead a normal life, under their supervision and care. Ravinder is eventually allowed to go to school under a new identity. He and his abductor are often moving house. He doesn't know why. Till starting to notice later in his life, people going missing before they have to move again. Eventually, Ravinder completes the initial years of school and moves on toward university.
There, Ravinder eventually meets his future husband, and they date for some years before finally tying the knot. After they both have completed their time in university, they move to New York, where Ravinder takes a job as a sketch artist for the local law enforcement. For several years now, Ravinder and his husband have made a life for themselves, remaining happy overall in their personal home lives. Though Ravinder's work often leads to him being far more curious about the crime organizations that have been of significant interest to him for some time.
