This is a nice clean crisp beer with an interesting flavor profile. It has some bitterness of an IPA but the smooth flavor of a Red. The slight fruit notes give it a fresh taste that makes it easy to drink.

This is a nice maibock that has a strong hop aroma and a subtle hop flavor. This beer would be a good starter beer to bring some one into the world of hop heavy beers with the smell being much stronger that the flavor. It is cool and refreshing but also not overwhelming and I could see myself drinking several of theses in one sitting if it was not a limited run.

As far as sours go this is in a league of its own. The base of this beer is called limoncello and that makes itself known. Unlike the liquor it has a sweeter finish and none of that soapy flavors that are usually present in limoncello. My wife feels it has a champagne taste and I have to agree there is hint of it in there, possibly because of the high ABV. I would drink this beer again but only one at a time as it is so flavor with a high ABV.

Like many Texas Ale Project beers it is full of flavor and smooth drinking. It holds to it's ale name quiet well being a light and easy drinking beer. It stands out against the big name Goldens. I am not a huge fan of this style of beer hence the lower rating. However I will gladly drink this beer again if given the choice.

Another home run by Martin House. This Watermelon Sour comes in strong with a crispy and tasty watermelon flavor with the hints of sour closely followed by a nice spicy that I suspect is Cheyne. It doesn't have a huge ABV at only 4.2% but it still has its place and would be great after a hot day.

Like almost every Brew Dog beer I have ever had, I absolutely love this beer. I only bought it for the Iron Maiden brand and did not expect much. However, this American India Pale Lager is amazing. Beautiful flavor profile that is not too strong and hits all the right notes. I will buy this beer again, and hope it is not a one off but I suspect it is.

This is an amazingly smooth yet flavorful beer. I have had some winter ales in the past from all over the world but this one takes the cake. It claims to brewed with spruce tips and smoked barley which the spruce comes through at the end but the smoke flavor is hardly noticeable. That is not a bad thing as often times the smoke is overwhelming. What is even more astonishing is that they are able to do all of this and get an ABV of 8%. Overall great beer that I will look for again. I did not give it top marks only for the fact that it is a seasonal and I am sad I cannot drink this all year.

A pretty good IPA that has a nice strong flavor but a smooth finish. Not much else to say about this beer except that the story on the side of the canis pretty funny. Surprised to see that it is a limited release but I will be on the look out for more from this company.

Garbage beer through and through. I really should not have been surprised that a Midwest beer company makes a bad coffee ale seeing as all the coffee in the area is more like tea. This beer tasted like Folgers dumped into a Budweiser. I will never drink this beer again and will be hesitant about any other one from the brewery.

I think this beer is named aptly as it feels like it was lazily produced. Like most things still in PI it is very disappointing. It is a weak attempt at an IPA with a flavor profile that is very very bland which is surprising for an IPA. The only reason I gave it 🍺🍺 is because of the size in which it is sold. However at the same time the cost of $8 a can is a joke especilly when paired with the size as I got bored and wished it was over while feeling ripped off.

Another great beer by New Belgium. This is a good winter IPA that had a nice refreshing taste that I look forward to every fall/winter. The best thing about this beer is that I will be able to locate no matter where I am for the holidays.

The Punkel is a dunkel style beer that tastes just like a slice of pumpkin pie. I am not one of those PSL freaks but I do like a slice of pumpkin pie and this fits the bill pretty good. Obviously this is a seasonal beer and is not available all year round but I can say that I will buy it again next year. The can states it will pair good with the usual items like cheese and turkey. I think this beer would make a great post turkey day meal beverage that can bridge that gap to dessert and get the taste buds prepped for a nice slice of pie. It is not rated higher because you really can't drink to many and it is not available all year. However, it is something to look forward to.

What is there to say about this lovely slice of cake in liquid form. The beer had a wonderful aroma of vanilla, butter cream, yeast, and dark chocolate. The butter cream is the first flavor that hits the tongue closely followed by a beautiful vanilla sponge. At the tail end of it all come the nice tart bit of dry dark chocolate shavings. It has an ABV of 10% which is amazing as you cannot taste the alcohol nor is the beer super sweet. Another one to save in the fridge to share with friends and family.

Another amazing beer by Martin House who always nails the flavors of their beers. The first flavor that hits the tongue as well as the nose it the maple syrup, just like bitting into a big stack of pancakes. Next you get the fluffy pancake 🥞 with all of the notes of the yeast on cake flavor. At the very end left lingering on the lips is the butter, and not a fancy butter but the cheap bland butter found at most dinners. I love this beer and plan on showing it off to friends and family.

This beer was an utter disappointment. Upon opening the can you are hit with a strong peanut butter smell but that is as far as you get for the peanut butter which is very confusing given the name. The jelly notes are overwhelming taking this stout and making it taste like a sour. According to the label it is brewed with strawberry, raspberry, black currant, cacao nibs, and milk sugar but no peanut butter raising the question why call it a peanut butter jelly? It has an impressive ABV of 11% but that is the only thing I was impressed with. I put a question ❓ on the drinkability scale as I do suspect I had a flat beer despite the date being relatively recent at 6 months old. I will give this beer another chance perhaps at the brewery if and when I am in the area.

This a pretty decent imperial stout; however, the vanilla that is supposed to be present I have a hard time locating. It is a smooth drinking beer which is a surprise seeing as it has 10% abv. Out of all of the Martin House beers I have drank I will say this has the least surprising flavor as that is what they excel at but I am not disappointed, it is still good just not knock your socks off.
