who needs enemies when you have your own brain

It’s okay to stop and wonder where you are going, to reevaluate your choices. Rest a little to figure yourself out. Give yourself time. Not having the rest of your life figured out doesn’t mean you are failing as an adult. It means you’re trying. What matters is that you keep moving, instead of being paralyzed by fear in any situation. Being an adult involves hard choices and none of it is easy, but it does get easier if you keep facing little fears every day and trying to cope with hardships in a healthy way. It’s not about waking up and knowing exactly how the rest of your life is going to go: it’s about not knowing because the future is unpredictable and still keep trying to live. 🌿💐🌱
