Maybe you never asked me to be yours. And I never called you mine. Yet we found a home engraved with both our names on the nameplate and made it ours🖤.

i loved you in ways never known to my heart before. For once it didn't feel like coming home to a broken house. instead it felt like the terrifying comfort of the first night's sleep at a new home that I've spend years laying down the floor with handpicked deep sea blue italian marbles, off-white satin curtains, long mirrors, plants and air that smelled of coffee/ books/peace & love ; lots of love. a place i no longer have to run away from. A place to be mine. meeting you was coming home; to this very home.

miserable Sundays that followed felt nothing like your warm embrace ; for once the march moonlit sky learned to spell your name with mine, there was no turning back to unknown names tangled together. We humans called it fate or love in general / fateful love it is.

Getting to know you was nothin less than a roller-coaster ride. And i got in knowing there would be deep falls and dead ends.
