The world becomes a little brighter when someone lends a hand to helping others, simply just to help them become better. This is what the company EliteFTS has done for me. From their extensive articles, training logs, Q/A forums, seminars, and display of extraordinary resolve from their sponsored lifters, I have learned from some of the best there is out there. I know that I have learned what it takes to become a better lifter and follow my goal of competitive powerlifting. But most importantly, I have learned and seen first hand what a true person is and how to carry over that discipline from the gym to life outside of training. 

What I see everyday are more and more people that confine themselves to selfishness and don’t seek to extend out their hand to help another. Yes, there are others out there that already do this deed and it is a blessing to the world. “Live, Learn, and Pass On” is a statement that I live by day in and day out ever since I heard Dave Tate speak those words at a Learn to Train seminar in London, Ohio at EFS headquarters. It simply means to apply what you learn in life to your every waking day and seek out to help others the best you can with the knowledge that you have gained. Don’t seek to gain any form of “profit” because you put shame on that statement and yourself even if you don’t realize it. Help others simply because you can and with the foresight that they may see the strength you possess and they themselves will become a stronger person.
