I may be a little tipsy but would it be crazy to open my own tattoo studio? I know as an apprentice it’s fucking insane but as someone who has been running someone else’s studio for 7ish years (almost a decade) I could open a studio and then learn the art of tattooing from the people I hire.

I also know what NOT to do

Realistic it would be years before I get to that IF I do anything other than a private studio with the YN (my baby cousin) I’ve recently adopted. I inspired him to start his tattoo journey and I’ve been inadvertently mentoring him simultaneously to being an apprentice. And my lil sister as my remote manager.

But like if I did… a safe space for queer and black and brown ppl in south to south east Austin

Ughh that would be my dream

No country music (unless it’s cunty)

No straight white men complaining about everything or being toxic or creepy

Actually being able to implement ideas that would also contribute to the community and remove the stigma associated with tattoo shops

Being able to put on local non tattoo artists

I find it funny that I commented on a creators video about how ppl are irked that storm isn’t “dark skinned” she’s “brown skinned” or whatever I think TikTok has created a space to be overly critical about frivolous things.

But not the point. The thing I find funny is someone keeps trying to comment on my comment but their shit keeps getting deleted 😂 idk if the original poster is doing that or they just get reported or something but I’ve had like 5 or so blank pages stalking my TikTok and idk what was even said.
