             Samael surveys the lightly charred grilled cheese with a smile, which he turns to Summer as he tilts his head.     ❛❛   It was really sweet of you to make me this.   ❜❜     He coos, wanting the other to know just how much Samael appreciates him. Samael carefully plucks the sandwich up with one hand and hums as he bites into it. He chews a couple of times before his brows raise and he grins, lips sealed, nodding as he finishes his bite with a swallow. The sandwich was a little burnt but other than that, it was pretty damn good for a grilled cheese.     ❛❛   That's really fucking good, babe.   ❜❜     He admonishes, face beaming as he leans over to squeeze one of Summer's hands.     ❛❛   Have you been practicing?   ❜❜     

god,   does   eddie   have   a   praise   kink?   there   is   a   happy   flush   to   his   cheeks   as   he   grins   back   at   samael.   he   still   has   his   guitar   in   hand,   eddie   having   gotten   distracted   by   him   when   he   was   packing   up.   corroded   coffins   usual   crowd   consisted   of   about   five   drunks   and   eddie's   sister   most   of   the   time,   the   unfamiliar   face   had   drawn   eddie   to   him   instantly.   "if   i   ever   get   out   of   this   fucking   town,   yeah."   it's   a   little   breathless,   eddie   clearing   his   throat   as   he   nods.   "you   play   too?"

             So, he decided to catch a show and was thoroughly impressed     ——     especially by the guitarist and lead.      ❛❛   Amen to that...   ❜❜     (Yes, he sees the irony in using that word.) Samael is grinning at the other man, tilting his head at his question before a smirk sharpens his features. It's not uncommon for people not to recognize him, especially in such a small town like Hawkins...      ❛❛   Mmm, I dabble.   ❜❜     He replies, a little cryptically, before nodding towards the man's guitar.     ❛❛   But you? You fuckin' blew me away. You and your band.   ❜❜   He nods toward the rest of the gang, his hands in his pockets, his smile warm.

             Samael looks up from his cell phone to blink at the woman handing him his drink before a crooked smile forms over his lips.      ❛❛   You might know me.   ❜❜     He replies, cryptically, as he takes the glass from her, grinning as he nods his head.     ❛❛   Thanks.   ❜❜     This will be his first and last drink of the night, and he hums as he takes his first sip.     ❛❛   ... Do you like rock music?   ❜❜     That would, of course, be the first step in refreshing her memory if she does know who he is. If not, it'll open the air for a potentially pleasant conversation.
