I really love Marron's name, because not only is it a nut-themed name to match Krillin's, marron is also just used to mean 'the colour brown' just like lazuli is used to mean 'the colour blue', so she matches her mama's colour-themed name too, even though none of them are aware of it

Anyway I couldn't sleep so now I'm just up at 5am and thinking about cute domestic K18 with their adorable little baby girl because I love them

Krillin walks little toddler Marron down to the beach with her little floaties on because if they're living on an island it's important that she learns how to swim as soon as possible, and he holds her up in the shallows and helps her learn to float and paddle, and just thinks back to when he first arrived on this beach himself, wanting to improve on his martial arts so he could impress a girl and finally get a girlfriend, and here he is now, with a gorgeous wife that's watching them from the kitchen window with sunlight in her hair, and an adorable baby girl that's smiling up at him with so much joy and love and wonder, and he thinks to himself yeah, yeah this whole thing turned out pretty alright

I find myself thinking a lot about this lately too. K18 is my fave hyper fixation right now. Krillin deserves all the happiness.
