5:30 am - He came back. My FP has once again become the person who holds the most significance in my life. I think my FP has also realised this fact, and for that, he's started his own journey with therapy and awareness so he can always treat me well. I am really grateful for his presence. The days I didn't have my FP were very dark and grim.

For a long while, it just felt empty.

But,

01:17 am - Today was one of those days that will taint the rest of my life. I lost my FP. They were my only anchor and today, I felt the chain snap. There's the lightness from being free from the emotional pull but I feel so empty like my insides have been scraped out. I realize I have felt unloved for a long time now and perhaps I'd lost my connection to my FP long ago. I wondered why I no longer felt the same relief in their presence. They were my FP for so many years, it feels unbelievable that they are just not anymore. But maybe I don't need a favourite person. I will try to become my own favourite person.
