Nduja sausage, Milano salami, mozzarella, chilli & garlic calzone; rocket & watercress salads with shaved Parmesan, arrabbiata sauce. Wholesome cured meat "Italian pasty", slightly too much chilli in the calzone, but the sauce on the side cooled the singe. The Blue Boar is a pub in Witney, Oxfordshire, right in the town centre. It's got an open pizzeria section, as well as an open kitchen (not as sexy to look at). The bar at the front greets you like an old friend who's just bought a new Italian suit. Server was friendly, speed of service good.
