Still a little insane over how Shiv is shown more than once in this episode to really see Roman’s hyper emotional reaction, first at the funeral breakdown, later at the tomb. Like, you can see the wheels turning in her head and for a moment it looks like she is going after him when he leaves in distress.

But she goes up to ask her father’s business buddies “How bad was Dad?” and the answer, as it will always be, is not real, not genuine. What you saw is what you got. But what did those children witness. Shiv can recount playing in front of his office and being scared of him. She can recall witnessing physical abuse. So what did you see. What did you see. How bad was Dad.
