Lana is a normal teenager living in Seattle. She has a normal life, a brother, and friends, as well as being downright obsessed with Måneskin. She never thought that the day she finally sees them live in October of 2022, she would die in a car crash. As a ghost, which she soon discovered she was, she discovered she was bound at any one moment to one of the members of Måneskin. Unfortunately for her, she couldn’t interact with anything, and nobody could see her. For 3 years, she floated around as a ghost, following Måneskin closely, unable to do anything.

Then finally, someone sees her. After three years, Ethan is able to see her, and so is everyone else in the band, but only them. But with all the time she’s spent as a ghost, she’s tired and wants to join the afterlife, as well as figure out what happened at her death. How can everyone in Måneskin help her figure out her death, herself, and how to finally leave the earth, all while dealing with their own solo projects?

I really enjoy this project and portraying a character who has some similar flaws as the author, such as slightly obsessive behavior, passive decision making, and low self esteem. I also enjoy digging into supernatural elements and keeping the timeline of what everyone in Måneskin is doing as accurate as possible (obviously with some creative liberty and inaccuracies).

I spent a while working on the prologue which introduces my main character and how she dies, and also introduces a dear friend of her who is quite important. I have made character designs in Gacha Life 2 (yes, yes I did) of my characters.

This is Lana, our Måneskin-obsessed main character. Regular ass teenager. Except you might notice she glows blue and has a lowered opacity, as well as has a wound on her head. All of that is related to the fact that she’s dead and a ghost. Her outfit is the same thing she wore to the concert, as it’s not like she could change it. She’s remained physically the same all three years. She’s supposed to be 19, but she’s permanently 16.

This is Paisley. Paisley is Lana’s brother’s girlfriend, and also a great friend of Lana. She’s 19 at the time of the incident, and 22 during the main story. She found Eurovision as a common interest between her and Lana, and they were fast friends. She was in fact, the person who accompanied Lana to the concert. However, Paisley isn’t the greatest influence, and insisted on driving home after the concert despite being intoxicated. You can guess how that ended up.

I’ve written the prologue 3 chapters and am almost done with the 4th, but I am unsure on how long writing the other ones will take. I have made the plan to upload a chapter once a month because I don’t know how consistently I’ll be able to write. If I find I’m able to finish chapters faster, I might increase the upload rate. Right now, though, I’m just unsure. So I plan to upload a chapter the first of every month, so I will upload the prologue on July 1st on Wattpad. If I’m asked to upload on AO3, I might do that as well.
