I’ve been gone for a while and wanted to clear up some things before we get back to the regular schedule

I am really disinterested in both shows as of late so I don’t think I will be giving think-pieces anymore unless it’s a topic that really catches my interest

I have changed a few of my original opinions about the show in the sense that I think it’s very much within its right to take on dark and sensitive topics with ‘non-healthy’ results because it’s a story that simply wants to be told. I do still think they could have much better handling about it tho

I might loose a few of you with this but I feel like I gotta say it for everyone’s sake. I’m not an anti and have never been. Noticed I originally gave off that vibe from my previous discussions but I have always liked to tiptoe around dark topics. I’m also not a proshipper because I don’t like p3d0 or ‘incense’ but being so very honest I love me some fucked up toxic yaoi and I stand by that

I also like problematic characters who have done evil in their canon so I don’t want to outwardly judge others on their own interests anymore, even if I do feel some type of way about it

I enjoy dark media and think people are allowed to explore uncomfortable content. I still love to overanalyze and be critical of the pieces of art you love

I think this mostly came about because 1) I’ve been away for so long (the last time I really took time and effort to critique the show was last year) and 2) the rise of AI over the artistic field has made me realize I prefer to have these dogshit shows over anything AI could copy and shit out. Because at the end of the day, someone had the idea and went through the trouble of making it and putting it out there. It’s still worth critiquing but I am personally not interested in it anymore so that won’t be me
