Would Mysterio have dared to reveal Peter’s identity if Tony was still alive? I bet my left ass ass cheek no. Would he have dared to show his face to the world after hiding in the shadows this entire time? I bet my right ass cheek no. He knows Tony is the world’s cherished superhero and that he would never be able to overshadow him unless he wasn’t around anymore. Beck only had a chance at Peter and Stark tech because Tony is dead. I wish Tony was alive and appeared in Far From Home to once again protect his loved ones, but technically if he was, the entire movie would have been 100% a completely different movie. This is how much Marvel revolves around Tony and Peter’s life involving Tony. Mysterio only had the chance because Tony Stark is dead so he is a coward.
