So! It was october 21, 1988, just somd weekend when a poodle (in spanish, caniche) named Cachi fell fell from a balcony in a 13th floor.

Tragically, Cachi fell right on an old woman's head, the both of them dying immediately. That's the first death (+ dog death :( people never talk much about poor Cachi besides the absurdity of him causing a chain of events that ended in three casualties)

A small crowd of people began gathering to see what the hell just happened and try to help ,this included a woman who tried to cross the street in order to (presumably) help. She was run over by a buss.

An old man began feeling bad after witnessing both deaths, he died of a heart attack I think. I remind you I am not making this up, this was talked about a lot when it happened and it still is.
