I’ve been fighting back a panic attack for two hours because of my stats final.

I’m pretty confident I actually failed.

watch this if you get the chance but be warned: it’s frustrating

I take a couple of meds, including an ADD medication with messes with my sleep, and a sleep med to counteract it. My sleep med also screws with my blood pressure, so I’ll get headaches/dizzy spells if I don’t take it consistently. Last night, I forgot. I was tired and just laid down around 11 o’clock and watched YouTube vids for THREE HOURS cuz I lost track of time. At 3 in the morning, I fell asleep, then woke back at up at 4 and stayed up until now, 8 o’clock. My reasoning? I have school today and I know that if I take my med late it’ll last and I’ll a hundred percent sleep through my first class.
