I was in a very dark place when you found me. There were very little things that made me happy by then. And I don't remember encountering them very often. There were times when I looked around and couldn't feel anything, couldn't even want anything. I couldn't breathe. Life had lost its magic for me and I didn't want to live like that. But then you showed up. And suddenly there was air again. There was oxygen. With your sweet and kind manners you moved me. With your brilliance and hard working way you calmed me into a new state of mind. And there were always tenderness, respect, admiration and understanding. I've been falling for you ever since our very first handshake, which soon became warm hugs and passionate kisses. I don't know if it's soon or not, I don't really care either, because all I know is that I love you. I love the way you call my full name with so much pride in your voice. I love the way you show me around to your friends and family without shame or fear. I love the way you can't keep your hands off of me when we're around each other, even if it's by a subtle touch of knees. I love how you always succeed in calming me down when I'm a little too accelerated, worried or anxious. All I want is to keep you close to my heart forever and try and give you half of these beautiful things. But even if this is not our moment, because I know how hard things can get from now on, I want you to remember that I will be forever grateful for having met you. You saved me. And our love for sure will turn into a magical story some day.
