Hypergamy communities often say to be brutal with your friendship circle, with who you allow in, and who you get rid of.

Some people arent agreeing with that, obviously friends feel great to have around, like "Hey I have friends I'm not a lame gal! And I have fun, and I can share stuff with my friends!". That's normal, we're SOCIAL creatures that crave interactions. I'm not telling you to be a robot!

But it is true. There's great reasons why you gotta be brutal.

But the thing with hypergamy is that you're gunning for actual money guys. Those friends, if you share your hypergamy stuff, ESPECIALLY if they're not into hypergamy, might turn against you and become your worst ennemies. Trying to access that money by sarbotaging you, stealing from you, and so on. Money DOES bring the worst in some people.

If you want to keep non-hypergamy friends around BUT still practice actively hypergamy you have to keep those $$ goals ONLY for you and you only. Or anonymous social media like Tumblr too 😋. It might feel solitary sometimes but it is better to protect your own wealth and your potentials...

There's another part, where hypergamy is also synonymous with glowup and level-up. The Pickme/low-value/victim mentality friends that don't seek to upgrade themselves, EVEN if they're not into hypergamy, might feel personally attacked by your own glowup, and attempt to sarbotage your glowup often in unconscious ways.
