The last ten years certainly made a difference, mind you he probably lost 10kg from taking off that ridiculous chain from around his neck. Happily, he the then re-gained that weight and about 40kg more from eating like a big fat daddy.

Tracksuit so tight it was riding both up and down with a massive gap between exposing a very very round ass and bulky gut.
