Story of a Stardew Moon - A Sims 4 Challenge + Save File

With the announcement of Cottage Living I decided to pour my heart into creating a Harvest Moon inspired challenge and a save file to accompany it. So I have lived CC free and with only seasons and cottage living installed for the past two months. It’s been a fun time and I’m so excited to finally get to share this with you all. 

♦Save File♦ 

The town and the marriage candidates are a big part of games like Harvest Moon and Stardew Valley and so I decided to make a town to go along with the challenge. The save file only requires Seasons and Cottage Living, is completely CC free, and all of the other residential worlds other than Henford on Bagley are empty. All new sims and builds, custom holidays, custom villagers, and a starter lot. You can see more about it in the Brochure linked below!

However, I have included alternate rules within the Challenge document in case you don’t want to use the save file.

♦Possible Issues with Save♦

There are possible issues you may run into with the save but it is explained in the cut below to include pictures:

NO EA MAKEUP: A MINI OVERRIDE

I wanted to share with you a small override mod. I got tired of my Sims looking clownish after they applied the EA makeup from the vanity table lol. This override allows your Sim to still perform the Apply Makeup interaction, at the vanity table without actually applying the makeup. (They will look the same before AND after). This mod is mainly for storytelling/gameplay purposes.
