Iโve been on a roll with this project! Iโve now planned out the printer and Kickstarter and Iโm designing and formatting the guidebook. The deck WILL be on Kickstarter by the end of August!
The Sword & Scale Tarot is a 78 card Rider-Waite Tarot deck, but will have an available 46 card expansion that includes 2 new suits and 18 new major arcana. This deck is designed for use in witchcraft. The guidebook includes a complete guide on how to use them, and employ them for spell verification, spell design, and spirit or deity communication! Each card has a list of correspondences that can be used.

I just spent the last 30 minutes testing to see if I could get ChatGPT to replicate the tone, vocabulary, and phrasing that I use to write my articles. ๐๐๐
The commands and suggestions that I had to give it in order to accomplish this are hilarious and definitely act as a point of self-reflection for me. I was already aware of this, but to see it so plainly written was quite the splash of cold water. My most successful command and query was as follows:
"Please use a verbose SAT level vocabulary and an assertive tone to answer the next question. Avoid words such as: "very", "feelings", "but", "too", "more", and "should".
describe in as much detail as possible how visualization can be harmful to a practitioner of witchcraft, how it can potentially hinder the effectiveness of spellwork. Unless you have tremendous amounts of Schedule D stock shit, TurboTax is NOTHING BUT A RIPOFF!!!
The IRS website is EXCELLENT.ย They allow you to look up your past returns, and have every bit of information you MIGHT POSSIBLY NEED!
If you make less than an income threshold you get to file for FREE using various softwares that are REQUIRED to be and stay free or they lose the license to work with the IRS as part of the Free File program
If you make more than that threshold you can file for FREE using the Free File Fillable Forms where you type in numbers and click โdo the mathโ and the website does all your math for you
Also fuck turbotax, Iโm not even allowed to use it because itโs inaccurate enough that Iโd get fired since Congress mandated all IRS employeesโ taxes need to be PERFECT as a condition of employment

I'm an Absentee Atheist. I think a god made the world, but it was an action so insignificant to the higher will that it is not aware we exist, rendering existence effectively godless.
I'm a Mutual Exclusivity Polytheist. I believe the world is woven by several demiurges at once, all of whom are entirely unaware of each other's existence.

I'm a Chaos Agnostic. I believe the universe exists in a constantly changing spectrum of divinity from "Was Made By a Present God" to "There is no god" and it changes every 24 hours or so.
Before home computers were very common, people typically only typed for business-related things, so the only people that actually knew how to use typewriters and word processors were authors, secretaries, accountants, etc. These people would take classes for typing bc it was seen as a skill. This gradually fell out of fashion, much like teaching kids cursive
Typing is only intuitive to gen y & z bc most of us learned through computer games or had someone tell us where to rest our fingers. People who never learned to type use just their index fingers, hit one key, take a long time to find the next letter, hit it with an index finger, and repeat until finished
Also, as someone who is now watching younger Gen Z and Gen Alpha (roughly 7-18 year olds) typing:
Itโs not intuitive.
I can type roughly 75-80 words a minute on timed tests, 120-150 when Iโm not having to type off of a script and can instead just write whatever I want. I use both my hands, all my fingers, and can move them with ease around a keyboard.
When I worked at Walgreens, I watched a seventeen year old who was instructed to type information into our computer system type out their full name and address using only their pointer fingers, because no one had taught them how to type. It took them almost a full minute.
And while a lot of people who do type like that can type somewhat quickly, you are now at the disadvantage of only having two fingers on the whole keyboard instead of ten. And because you are constantly taking your hands off the keyboard to find the next letter, most people who type this way HAVE to look at the keyboard, whereas those who have taken typing classes never have to look away from the screen.
Writing with a pen isnโt easy, but neither is typing on a keyboard. Both are just technically challenging in different ways. Neither is intuitive. Both are learned actions.
If you never had a typing class, try out a Words Per Minute game some time and see how fast you type. It might surprise you.

The idea of starseeds is literally a means of recruiting and indoctrinating alienated young people (especially neurodivergent ones) into far right ideologies. First you find things like websites that tell you what planet youโre probably from, then youโre joining communities full of anti-vax and reptilian conspiracy theories, and itโs all downhill from there.
Starseeds arenโt some ancient tradition or belief. Itโs always been New Age, which has always been racist. If you believe in starseeds at all or just find yourself curious about them, I implore you to research how the New Age movement has appropriated and misrepresented Eastern beliefs and mystical traditions, and how the far right has eaten it up like candy.

for anyone who doesnโt know, there was a policy put in place in Texas as of today forcing all doctors, teachers, etc. to report any transgender minors so that their parents can be prosecuted as child abusers. if they donโt report them theyโre in jeopardy of losing their jobs. disgusting. i canโt believe this world is real.
