To the people who voted for Beto O'Rourke, we did what we could and made our voices be heard. We put in the work, we fought hard, we turned out to vote.

To the people who voted for Ted Cruz, do you feel proud of yourselves right now? You chose to vote for a man who even the POTUS (who I do not agree with at all) had stopped backing up. Most Republican voters I have spoken to (some life-long Republicans) even admitted to choosing to vote for Beto. This should show that even people within the Republican party do not approve of Ted Cruz.

I will forever be ashamed that I live in a state in which the voice of the fascists will always matter more to the government over the minorities.
