To you, who have failed our parents on more ways than one, I may have a singko right now but that doesn’t mean I will quit studying and sulk just like what you did almost a decade ago.  So, don’t lecture me on what to do and what not to do. I’m open to your advice but never act as if you’ve never experienced this. Don’t you ever claim the moral high ground. You’re the bigger failure here.

It's true that when you get older your circle of friends becomes smaller and smaller, keeping those who have proven themselves to be genuine. I'm fine with that. I just can't help myself but be sad that I had to lose some people along the way.
