🔸 Action-Oriented, or Results-Oriented?
Are you ACTION-Oriented, or RESULTS-Oriented?
If it's solid, sustainable Results that you want, then:
Take time to Reflect and Plan. Don't run around like a headless chicken, spinning your wheels, just because that makes you feel good. It's frustrating for those around you.
Take time to Sharpen Your Axe. Swinging away with blunt tools or outdated skills is tiring at best.
Take time to Build Your Team. Either of strategic partners, or of like-minded, loyal and enthusiastic members. Sometimes, it has to be the people of "your tribe". Do you have an actual functioning one? Or is it merely a bunch of individuals who are just talking (and talking and talking) on the social media? (Sure, youtube will pay you, if that’s your goal.)
So, are you action-oriented, or results-oriented? Make a clear decision, then go and get the results you want! (Yes, it will get real uncomfortable. Rejections, disappointments and “losing your face” will mark your path. But you will continue to focus on the Results, won’t you?) 🎁
